Margusta Loureiro Maria Augusta Loureiro (Margusta Loureiro) was born in January 1964 in Portugal, where she lives. Self-taught painter is predominantly abstractionist. She was awarded an Honorable Mention at the International Showart exhibition “Arte + Artex” Multicultural, Institute of Art in Fort Lauderdale, Miami-USA. It was awarded an Honorable Mention - ShowArt Internacional, Verano en Buenos Aires 2009. She also received other awards in the area of painting. Donated works to hospitals, and also to institutions of autistic children (for auction). Five of his paintings were used for book covers by national and international authors. The plastic artist also cultivates a taste for writing and photography. Her photographic works were published in books published in Brazil. She has poems and texts published in several books in Portugal. She is also the author of three books, of romance and poetry.
