The title of the work is inspired by the song of the irish group band Sigur Rós. This word in Italian refers to the action ‘to jump in the puddles’. The artist wanted to take the concept of movement and also capture the irreverent act of jumping around water while a voice in the background shouts «Do not jump in the puddles!!» Which she sees as a parallelism with the search for one’s own identity within the society that seek to ‘impose’ limits on one’s own being/movement.
