Bio

Leni Acosta Knight is an internationally exhibited contemporary artist whose work explores the intersection of philosophy, science, mythology, and human resilience.
After receiving an early art scholarship, she spent over half her lifetime traveling the world, working in public relations, global project management, and multimedia design. In 2016, she returned fully to fine art, bringing a global perspective and multidisciplinary depth that now define her visual language.
Like a symbolist poet, Knight blends classical realism with abstraction and layered metaphor — working in oil, acrylic, watercolor, graphite, and charcoal to create paintings that function as visual narratives, inviting viewers into introspective and emotional dialogue.
As a breast cancer survivor and advocate against domestic and sexual violence, her work is rooted in themes of survival, transformation, and spiritual resilience. A portion of her proceeds supports humanitarian initiatives aligned with these causes.
Her work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Honolulu Museum of Art (Hawaii), M.A.D.S. Gallery (Milan), the World of Crete Contemporary Art Exhibition (Greece), and the Paris International Contemporary Arts Trade Show. She is also represented by Van Gogh Art Gallery in Madrid, and her NFT work debuted at the inaugural WEB3 Live Expo in 2022.
