My name is Nilla and I live in Sweden. I have always been creative. I like working with different materials such as fabric, yarn, wood and clay. When I paint, it is mostly in acrylic. My paintings often consist of several different layers. I work with structure in many ways and different materials. It can be anything from newspapers, yarn, macaroni or eggshells for example. I express my-self in a kind of childish way and maybe it is my inner child appearing in my paintings. I am led by curiosity and confidence that everything will work out good. I never know how my paintings will be, it is something that emerges during the creation process and in collaboration with the painting. I just want to have fun and share the joy of being creative!
