This work was made right after the surgery I had. Patchwork is usually an artifact that consists of the joining, by stitching, of different parts of fabric. This work for me symbolizes an antique blanket from my mom...so home...something warm and safe that warms your heart. The happiness of returning home after surgery led me to the creation of this un-controllably intuitive work.
