Absence Dimensions of each piece 38*46cm Mixed media on board Through this collection, I wanted to explore the gaze of a mother from a child’s perspective. The child seeks love in the eyes of his mother and a gaze from her is enough to suggest love, severity, or absence. Acknowledgement I would like to dedicate this exhibition to the memory of my defunct father that believed in me throughout his life. You will always be in my thoughts.
