Brigit Law Loman 30 September 1972 Brigit is a contemporary artist better known for her fine art figure drawings on transparent paper. Her work is drawn from life models with whom she tests the emotions of people. Her work seduces you to see yourself, your body and your world. The way she uses her models is intense and raw, but also soft, vulnerable and naked. In the creative process she uses charcoal, soft pastels and paint to explore and express people’s desire for freedom and (self) love in a complex world. It’s only a few years ago that she started making serious art. Till then it was just a vague childhood dream that seemed too far away. Her work atelier is based in The Hague, The Netherlands. In this open, social and creative meeting place she works alongside other artists and freethinkers.
