After my training to become a chef, I was working at several hotels and restaurants. In 2005 I started to dive in lakes in Switzerland and fell in love with this wonderful hobby. So I decided to become a dive instructor and moved in 2006 to Egypt and lived there for three years. This world under water is amazing an I loved to take photos with my underwater camera. In 2008 I came back to my homeland Switzerland. In 2014 my live changed thoroughly. I was on vacation with my motorcycle in France an a car crashed into me. The insures were really bad and I get a leg amputation and it took four months to recover. Of course there was no chance to work as a chef any more and so I need an idea. So I started to work a few hours a day in a company especially for handicapped people. To give back a reason for living, I started to create neon signs for costumers. In the beginning of 2022 I had the idea to work with metal. I get inspired from life and the world wide web. My artwork is performed with a laser, that cuts the aluminium or chrome steel. After that I take out all the pieces by hand and polish the artwork before I airbrush it. I recently did an exhibition in the LungenZentrum (Lungcenter) Hirslanden in Zuerich and that I was a finalist at the ARTbox Project Zuerich in August 2022 where I could show three of my works.
