Bio
Olivia Pop is a self-taught abstract and figurative painter, living and working in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Passionate about painting since early childhood, she had her first individual and collective exhibitions in 2014, in Switzerland and Spain. A graduate in health sciences, she switches lab and studio, chemistry of substances and alchemy of emotions on canvas. Inspired by nature, love and philosophy, she uses mixed techniques with different mediums and acrylic paints, iridescent and fluorescent colors, for dynamic perspectives and visual effects.
Her creations are shared as visual poetry or storytelling, seeking magic, beauty and humanity awareness.
