EROS is my inspiration, all of reality as LOVE. My art has been referred to as abstract figuration. Most of the time I include the human form even if loosely, the connection of being human, multi-dimensional and divine. Either in full ecstatic experience or in exploration of the emotions and frequencies between. A term I like is COSMO-EROTIC HUMANISM. Recently, I’m also enjoying purely abstract expression. Constant in all of my art is movement, layers of transparent color and texture. I’m able to achieve this by pouring paint which is a dance between hazard and control, then finishing it with encaustic wax. The surface is worked with a torch and metal tools.
