My name is Marine Marquette, | am 23 years old, | live in France, more precisely in
Metz. Passionate about painting since | was little, it was only natural that | followed
art studies: a Bac STD2A (Design and Applied Arts) and a degree in plastic arts for 3
years, two complementary orientations which allowed me to open up to different and
enriching perspectives. Similarly, | like to visit different artistic circles (art galleries,
temporary exhibitions, national and local museums).

For me, painting is a medium to free myself from my emotions, work and explore my
creativity through colors, shades. It is also the pleasure to share my abstract art and
to convey, transmit, highlight messages. Besides, my latest collection called "Earth"
questions the visitor about our planet and the impact of man on the fauna and flora
as well as on the oceans. By destroying this space, the human loses the
environment that has been offered to him. Man must adapt to nature and not the
other way around.

What are my sources of inspiration? My environment, the national and international
news that questions me, challenges me. | am a sensitive and spiritual person, | like
to open up to the world and explore new horizons.
