Title: Borealis

Technique: Dutch pour on canvas which was blown out using a small hair dryer. Green and yellow were layered on the bottom with blue, pink and white layered on top. Using the hair dryer, I was able to make the paint flow together.

Borealis was inspired by the Northern Lights. It reminded me of how the lights dance in the sky giving glimpses of blue's, pinks, greens and yellows. This is one of my favorite pieces I've created.
