LAMBERTO CANELLA is a self-taught artist dedicated to modern art.
He was born in Sao Paulo (Brazil) in 1963 and subsequently, still very young, moved to Italy with his family.
From the age of eight he showed a strong interest in art, in particular applied to sculpture, watchmaking (painting the dials of watches by hand with extreme accuracy) and tailoring (creating artistic miniatures of considerable value on ties) .
Throughout his artistic life he always wanted to discover new sensations and face demanding challenges, also trying his hand at creating technological objects, furnishing elements and pieces of clothing characterized by creativity and notable originality.
Recently, with the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide and the consequent restrictions on personal freedom imposed by the governments of various states, the artist wanted to undertake a new path by disseminating, through art, the political and social problems that afflict our century and experimenting, in the meantime, with new painting techniques capable of transmitting its message of social denunciation, full of emotions and food for thought.
