Since water is vital and a global problem, global water distribution could be very helpful in irrigating unused or fallow land. Even the Romans built aqueducts to provide their cities with a good supply of water. We have many more technical means. Why shouldn't invest-ments be made in controlling the water supply and less in weapons? All peoples should participate, as in the creation of the lighting and the railways, each country should work and participate in this global water system with its needs. Then nobody has to beg for wa-ter anymore and from this project additional fertile land, work and prosperity can be gained on which the blessing of the Most High stands.
