Veronica Merlo Veronica Merlo is an italian creative based in Edinburgh. She graduates with Bachelor and Master's degree at the Accademy of Fine Arts in Venice, city in which she also lives and works from 2011 to 2014. Since 2013 she participates in several exhibitions and live paintings. In 2017 she manages a live painting event across the old town centre of Bassano del Grappa (VI) as art director. In 2017 she wins an Erasmus+ scholarship and she moves to Scotland, where she starts working at Edinburgh Printmakers as studio assistant. From 2019 she's apprentice tattoo artist at Plus48 tattoo studio, until the first lockdown in 2020 changes her routine, allowing her to focus more on painting. Dreams and unconscious are the guides in her work, along with human's complexity and constant wondering about its own meaning on Earth.
