“Hello! I am from an industrial city Chelyabinsk, Russia. It was until 2016 - moving to more interesting part. I lived for the past 4 years in Europe and a year in Turkey; now moved to Moscow. Studied history of art and visuals communications in Czech Republic - that is when art industry opened doors to me. My biggest insight - academic skills are not a «need» to be able to express thoughts on canvas. Firstly, art was my escape pod from the real world, where I can fully go into my thoughts and discover the new «place». Slowly, my apartment grew art supplies and paintings - what a surprise! For me the most important thing is - process. I need everything to be easy going and fun, even if that goes against the image of academic art. Energy, meaning, feeling, and emotions pass over to audience. Between forced academic masterpiece (don’t get me wrong, it’s an important skill but not paramount) and bright happy art piece, I’ll choose the second one. And you?”
