I am Mark Celentano. I am a multi media freehand artist who works with numerous mediums. I'm from the city of Chicago. My parents met in acting school and my mother and eldest sister are scholarship students of the Art Institute of Chicago. As a child I grew around the art world and I have been creating art since I was a small child. When I was 13 I started learning different graffiti and street art styles and belonged to a tag gang. The styles of art I learned are styles i learned on my own and I am 100 % self taught.
To me Art work is the bringing of something into life and existence. It is to create something out of nothing. It is to give something to the people of our world to feel and enjoy, so they may sense their emotions and dance into the Love and life of something exciting to sparkle the soul. Art is a gift that comes from one's heart & spirit, and the talent from beyond the divine, that is gifted into our world of existence. Art is to be observed and appreciated whether it is liked or not.
I create Art because it is apart of my spirit & in my heart. It is who I am as a living presence upon this plateau of Earth. I do artwork for the people and their spirits, for their enjoyment, for their inspiration. I create art for the hardworking individual who needs some love to help get them through the day, to inspire them. For people to enjoy, from the hard working professionals, to the regular working class. And to everybody whoever and wherever you are from in this world.
