My name is Julia Floth. I’m an artist based in Munich, with modern, but also classic and traditional roots. I fell in love with face and torso paintings in kindergarten and have been doing it ever since. During my school time I started to experiment with canvases and acrylic paint. How-ever, my most inspirational work was created in 2017, during a study, with acknowledged artist and academic sculptor Patricia Karg, from Innsbruck. Here I worked with unusual materials, like bronze concrete and glass. During covid I escaped into the digital realm and started producing virtual works with attracting colors. For my new series “Burning Mountains”, I went back to my acrylic roots.
