I love autumn the most among the four seasons.
This is because the cosmos, my favorite of all flowers, blooms, the sky is higher, and it is also a gentle, pale aqua color.
That alone is enough to make me happy, but when I smell autumn, it fills my heart the most and I feel autumn.
It is difficult to explain what the smell of autumn is like, anyway!
It's kind of sad, but with a hint of summer warmth?
The feeling of the leaves starting to change color and calm down?
I can't help but look up at the sky that has become higher, wanting to breathe in lots of air that smells like such autumn.
When I breathe in the moment the slightly cooler breeze passes my neck,
I feel as if the inside of my lungs, which had been dying from the summer heat, are being repainted in autumn.
When I take a deep breath, my lungs feel as if they are being filled with autumn, as if it is about to burst through my lungs.
