Bio

Tarana Shanti Labuche (27) is a Dutch fine art painter who has her easel right next to the beaches of the lovely city of the Hague, The Netherlands. Tarana’s artwork fuels the posi-tive social dialogue on equality and has been featured in several international events to promote gender-, race-, and opportunity- equality. In her latest series, labeled “Super Queens”, Tarana’s artwork communicates that sexuality and empowerment do not rest up-on the fragility of our outward appearance. This message is clearly conveyed in the four Super Queens featured in M.A.D.S. art gallery: The sexuality and empowerment of each Super Queen is not solely expressed in outward appearance; rather the augmented color-ing and use of symbolism is what makes that each Super Queen glows.

Fun fact: The honeycombs are a special symbol for Tarana Labuche, a bee is a spiritual traveller, honey is spiritual input, thus a honeycomb is symbolically a place where spiritual input can be stored.

"My highest goal is to bring empowerment, love, and positivity and inspire people to connect to their divine nature.”
