Artiste Haiting Tang is born in Inner Mongolia ( China ) on 1974. Her father was an actor in Shanghai and her mother was a Care-giver in hospital in Shanghai. But because of Culture Revolution her parents send to Inner Mongolia by government. 

Artiste Tang Haiting spent her primary, secondary and high school years in Inner Mongolia, China. She has been endlessly interested in painting since she was four years old. She was always curious about everything in life and then used painting to express her imagination. In 1994, she entered the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts at the top of her class in Inner Mongolia and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. In the same year, She taught at the Art College of Tianjin University of Science and Technology and continued her further studies while working there. She received her Master's degree from Beijing Institute of Fashion in 2001 and was a senior visiting scholar at the Central Academy of Fine Arts for one year from 2010 to 2011 under the supervision of Professor Luo Shiping. Her study programme was in Han and Tang Dynasties Fine Arts. Artiste Tang Haiting worked for over 20 years at Tianjin University of Science and Technology as associate professor and master's supervisor in 2008-2018, until she settled in Switzerland in October 2018 to start creating contemporary art as a professional painter.
