Haubi Haubner born on the island of Lindau on Lake Constance in 1958, he lives and works in Freiburg (Germany). He is experienced in crafting street art, graffiti in the 1980s, and finished training as a designer and screen printer. He starts drawing 2016 with ink, acrylic and spray can and developed his distinctive style, affected by pop art, surrealism, street art, urban art and new contemporary art. The vernissage of his first solo exhibition 2017, where he also played a DJ- set, was visited by around 300 people. 2019 he was nominated for the Art Award “Kunstpreis Worpswede”. As an illustrator he works without pay for several international peace organizations.
