Charlie Rodrigues ( Cheeky chicken art) I am a self taught artist, originally from the U.K. but now living in the beautiful countryside of central Portugal. I discovered art when I was home educating my son. It became a hobby that I did when I could. However just over 2 years ago I was diagnosed with a horrible, debilitating illness called Ménière’s disease. My art then became my therapy and the only time I can escape my illness. It’s my peace and has restored a sense of purpose to my life , that this disease had stolen from me.
