I painted this piece to honor friendship, the elf is giving a lift to the snake for she has a long way to go, the magic cigarette represents both herbs used as medicine to our bodies and the need to take a deep breath. The dark background symbolizes the dive into the unknown. The naked body can be an invitation for reflection about our vulnerability, specially as a female body, not represented in a sexual way.
