Originally from Belgrade, Sonja has spent the last 30 years between Stockholm, Vancouver, San Francisco, New York, London and Lisbon. An avid art lover she embarked on her own creative journey after a series of heartbreaks, and deep spiritual explorations of identity and belonging. Her work is an expression of her vast inner-world, her adventurous spirit, and her willingness to hold courageous conversations with the most intimate parts of herself as a gift to others. She is passionate about holding space for cross-disciplinary inquiry, combining dance, visual art and music, and creating new language of expression that allows for human and planetary revival.
