After winning the art exhibition, Saori Chiba has started her career as an artist. Since 2000, she has held individual exhibitions at many galleries in Japan every year (Ginza Kabuki-za, Omotesando Hills, Aoyama Spiral, Shiodome City Center and major bank lobby etc), as well as fashion magazine illustrations and restaurant paintings. After a few years of activities, the production has become difficult due to poor physical condition, indicating that it is a state-designated incurable disease. While concentrating on treatment, she resumed her activities in 2023 after about 10 years of blanking.The style of painting imaginary flowers with oil-based colored pencils has not changed much.
