The 'Splashed' artwork is a demonstration of two scenarios with the same subjects and dynamics. In one scene, a boat is striking against sea waves, splashing the waves against gravity. For the other viewer, turning the art upside down reflects the downpour of water from above a house structure. In this scene, fluid is splashing downward, toward gravity. This artwork is a portrayal of how the same object and medium appear to the viewer differently based on the viewer's state of mind. The message behind this artwork is that each viewer's perspective carries their own stories into the view. What they see is what they want to see subconsciously. A boat striking the fluid, or fluid downpouring a structure is not the main driver, the observer is. This applies to our views in practical life, where we tend to reject another perspective altogether, without attempting to understand hid-den meanings behind it.
