Lou is an abstract painter, who lives in Brussels, Belgium. Lou is an intuitive and free-spirited artist. Her emotions, struggles, vulnerability, aspirations and dreams are reflected throughout all her paintings. Her style is impulsive and raw. Inspiration dawns upon her at any moment of the day or night, the connection with nature is also a big driver. As a child, she had one big dream, which was to become a great artist whose art would move people to understand, express and process their own feelings. After a trying period in her life, her father, Pierre de Moor, a well-known oil and aquarelle painter in Tuscany, Italy encouraged her to start painting. It was a revelation for her, she discovered the healing power of art and how painting brought her happiness, joy and most importantly inner peace. Lou's other passion in life is to be a teacher and accompany children to become the best version of themselves in this hectic world. She is herself a mother of 4 young adults. Through her art, Lou hopes to inspire others to follow their dreams and live a fulfilling life.
