"Interference" is pronounced "KANSHOU" in Japanese, and this word has many meanings also in Japanese. One of them is "sentiment", which has the same pronunciation but a different meaning: feeling hurt and sadness. Especial "sentiment" leaves us with deeper memories. No matter what kind of memory it is, it becomes an important piece that forms who we are today. "Sentiment" is not only limited to humans, but the same can be said for the Earth where we live. The Earth is also hurt and saddened by many "interferences" from humans.
The dull blue of this painting represents the color of the human heart, the color of the Earth, caused by pain and sorrow.
