Catherine Paridans Catherine Paridans is a Belgian artist. After fine arts, fashion and theatre arts studies, she has dedicated her life to art. Catherine worked in theatre arts and has drawn, composed music and written poems all her life. Art is her DNA. Catherine lived in Tunisia for 7 years where the professional painters she met encouraged her to paint. Her artwork has been definitively affected by the energy, the light and the blue sky of Tunisia. Catherine’s medium is mainly acrylic on canvas. Human emotions inspire her and each work tells a story. Catherine is also an award-winning poet and narrates her poems through her painting. Her artwork catches the eye of the viewer, arouses emotions and invites us into her world. Catherine has exhibited with the Union of Tunisian Fine Arts artists in the city of Tunis. Her pieces have featured in several collective exhibitions in Belgium, Luxembourg and soon in England.
