The color red can express so many and different sensations, of various kinds...

On a background of perceptible dark shadows, which aim to bring us to reflect on current times, the color red mainly blends with flashes of light, between gold and white, like beats and imaginary pulses that symbolically form vital signs arising from the heart.

Personally, I wanted to pay tribute with this representation to different themes that are close to my heart. First and foremost, I thought of red as the symbol of violence against women, which will be remembered in November. The sad reality reminds us daily of femicides. But the ongoing wars also bring us back to continuous violence—I think of mothers and all the children fighting against atrocities we can hardly imagine. Red is the color of blood, the blood that is spilled.

But blood should be Life, no longer destruction.

When I think of the color red, however, I would like it to evoke passion, the warmth of flames in a fireplace during winter, the sensual sound of a dance, a tango, a glance, a flower, the heart, love.

To the light that this white and gold aim to symbolize alongside the red...
