I paint intuitively striving for anything. There is only fabric, colour and moment of freedom. I sink, dream and forget while I paint. I cannot compare painting to anything else I do, not even writing with flow.
I have observed and examined paintings as long I can remember. I made two Master thesis on history of art, later I defended a doctorate on an interdisciplinary topic including art.
As a historian I love old classics. I interpret my visual experiences and memories in my contemporary art.
I love to wander to different horizons. Hence most of my paintings are abstract landscapes. Color car-ries emotions. Red gives strength, blue protects.
