If you spend time with nature, you will find beauty everywhere. The story behind this painting lies in its simplicity. The Green grass field is like a soft carpet. It spreads till one’s eyesight can reach. A narrow pathway through the fields paves the way to reach your destination. One can enjoy the green view and feel the freshness of grass on their voyage. A beautiful mid-day sky, full of clouds makes it spectacular. There are a few trees that stand in the field away from the forest giving shade as if they are teaching us to always do good even if the situation is not in your favor. It is a mind refreshing scenery. This scenery was painted during Covid-19 pandemic; the time when we were cut off from the nature physically. But one can be able to be in touch with nature through art, this thought motivated me to do this landscape. This painting is done with oil colors on a wooden frame, cotton stretched canvas. The painting is rectangular in shape with size 70 cm x 50 cm. Shades of green and blue colors are used in this painting. It is touch varnished to protect against dust and moisture.
