Jan Hönnecke is a young, aspiring artist from Berlin. With his architecture studies he im-proved his knowledge of form and colour combination. His oil and acrylic works convince with a particularly large number of colour accents and vary in their styles. From watercolor to acrylic, from spatula to brush, to creative new uses of other materials, nothing is too bad for him. He likes to produce figurative art and architectural designs.
He took part in small exhibitions in his place of study in Cottbus.
I think the power in my paintings comes from diverse colours and the interaction of ab-stract and realistic parts. I love to meet new people which is the main reason why I like drawing people. It isn`t difficult to motivate myself to draw because it`s passion and love.
The strange thing is, drawing was over years just a hobby and it needed the coronavirus and losing my work to understand, that I want become an artist. So here I am! I hope you enjoy my art!
