I believe in the power of play and imagination to give us tools (coping mechanisms). For me the creative process of painting is meditative and mending. Through my pictures, I want to share the power that it gives me. I am inspired by folk art from all over the world as well as the traditional Swedish Kurbits painting style.

Education
I am an autodidact and painting has been a constant companion since my childhood. In later years, I have had the artist Vivianne E. Rosqvist as mentor and realistic coach. In 2008 I participated in the summer art course at Mollosundsgarden.

Represented
My paintings hang in dentists and doctors’ offices throughout Jamtland and Helsingland, the University Hospital in Lund and private homes across the world including Sweden, Brazil, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Israel and Romania.
