Tamara von Mappe was born in Santiago de Chile in 1980. She learned to weave when she was very young and grew up surrounded by threads and fabrics. Through the years, she learned different techniques but only during the current pandemic when a she was able to focus on improving and perfecting what she had learned, now she wants to be recognised in the fields of arts.
