The Nymph Echo, following a punishment from the Gods, dissolves until only her voice remains, destined to resonate eternally.

The artist is the Nymph Echo, leaving traces of their existence and messages they wish to share with the world through their works, which become the echo of their vision. Just as an echo never repeats a sound in the same way, art does not hold a fixed meaning. The artist’s messages travel through time and are reinterpreted by viewers in ever-changing ways, enriched by different meanings depending on the context and individual sensitivity.

The echo never repeats a sound identically: it transforms, disperses, and finds new nuances. The same happens with art. A work no longer belongs solely to its creator but becomes part of the world, left to the interpretation of those who encounter it. Each viewer perceives it through different eyes, and each era attributes new meanings to it.

Once an artwork is given to the world, the artist’s voice continues to be heard, but always in a different way,

as everyone is free to interpret what they see according to their own sensitivity.

Echo is an exploration of the power of art as testimony and message. The goal is to make artists reflect on what they truly wish to communicate, on the deeper meaning of their work, and on the message they want to leave to humanity. What words, images, and signs do they want to make resonate today and in the future? The echo of their artistic voice will inevitably transform, finding new listeners and generating new meanings.

This exhibition is dedicated to artists who have something to say and want their message to resonate through time. It is an invitation to those who have the courage to express themselves without fear, to leave an indelible mark with their vision. Throughout history, the artists we remember are those who had the bravery to speak out, to awaken consciences, and to challenge the limits of their time. ECHO is for them— for those who are unafraid to make their voices heard and to leave behind an artistic legacy that will continue to resonate into the future.
