Chihiro Matsui
Chihiro Matsui was born in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan on January 22, 1991.
Graduated from Tokyo Zokei University, Department of Fine Arts, majoring in painting, in March 2014.

Why do I paint?
My heart is always overflowing with so many emotions. I put the cries of my heart into my paintings. I paint with my fingers in order to touch the paint directly.
The work and the viewer's eyes meet. My eyes also meet with my painting. Our eyes meet, and an exchange is established. This "interaction" between human emotions and eyes and the work is the concept.
