Born in 1984 in Taipei, Taiwan, Yen Hui Chen grew up in Taipei as well. As a contemporary artist, she uses her artistic practice to add color to the world and heal hearts. As an oil painter, she captures the essence of landscapes with her distinctive style. Unlike many artists, she did not major in an art-related field. She studied Business Administration at National Cheng Chi University, graduating in 2006. Her marketing and HR management background laid the foundation for her aesthetics and ability to capture emotions. Now a member of the Taiwan Oil Painting Creation Association, she participates in the annual National Classic Joint Exhibition. Her work was recently displayed at Red Dot Miami 2023 and the Taiwan Annual 2024, and she will participate in the New York Artexpo in April 2024. She also consistently holds her own solo exhibitions.
