Sabine Ducarn is a French contemporary artist. She lives between Paris and Rennes where she has her artwork studio. Particularly interested in nature and especially animals, most of her paintings are in blue monochrome. This created in her paintings a poetic distance from the real. She works with an 18th century oil painting technique that she learned at the prestigious Van der Kelen School in Brussels. She worked abroad as a painter in sets at the international for 20 years before working on her own images since 2016.
