One of my frequent nightmares was meeting my very best friend in hell, who killed himself when we were finishing high school, since the very first week I used to dream or see him all the time. I was very affraid of sleep and start having sleep paralysis and panic attacks. Sometimes I dreamed he was waiting for me outside and I woke up sleepwalking opening the door to meet him. Other nights I felt energies from the other side tormenting me and hitting my back. It was thanks to shadow work and lucid dreaming practice that I could integrate this trauma, being able see him again. No fear no nightmare. No sleep paralysis. Liberating. This artwork is created intuitively, using a lot of water and working around what if forms. I can see my friend always with me here and there and wherever we are.
