Born in Japan. The moon featured in her profile photograph embodies her desire to live quietly and with dignity. For the past 11 years, she has been creating geometric pattern art as a self-taught artist, guided by intuition. Her works are drawn entirely by hand in a single, uninterrupted gesture. While primarily focusing on abstract art, she also freely explores the art of kirie, Japanese paper cutting, as well as lettering and typographic design.
