Hiroshi Yamaoka a Japanese Photographer was born in Akita, Japan, in 1966.
After graduating from initially studied painting at Kyoto Seika University in 1989, Hiroshi became an adjunct instructor at several universities and worked as an art teacher at several high schools. He has now moved back to his born city Akita, and make works .
Hiroshi's motto is "ichigo itiche" the only chance in a lifetime, he thinks the moment is more treasure than usual.
Indeed, by expertly balancing between the abstract and traditional, using only natural light, he manages to capture the quiet moments in life most people fail to notice.
