Sometimes we are not aware of the strong bonds that arise between us, especially those with whom we have a close relationship or are related. We may be hurt but still attracted to them. Sometimes we are just touched, angry, or have different emotions from something we do not understand. As soon as we can understand why we have these emotions, it is possible to dissolve in these underlying emo-tions. Let go gives it both more freedom and energy to life as are here.
