Yahara Toshimitsu Toshimitsu Yahara, a japanese artist who live in Kyoto, Japan, is a member of the French Arts Association ‘Le Salon’ and a member ofthe ‘Millet friendship Association’ who want more people around the world to know the charm of Maiko culture that inherits the traditional beauty of his city. His works are realized with two different techniques of painting: acrylic and oil-painting on canvas.
