My name is Irena Prochazkova. I was born in the Czech Republic in 1973. I currently live and work in Prague. I was influenced by the artwork of the academic painter Bedriska Uzdilova, with whom I have been studying in the studio for 9 years. I am a member of the school "Black Canvas Inter-national Art Community". I was inspired by art directions impressionism and expressionism. I admire painters such as Monet, Van Gogh, Gauguin and Spala. The themes of my paintings are based on my experiences of travel and everyday life. I create portrait, landscape, abstract com-position and still-life. I am currently use oil colors on white and black canvas. I started the pro-fessional career in 2016, set up my own art studio and this year had the first solo exhibition in Prague.
Exhibitions: ArtExpo New York 2019, London START 2019, 2020, Art Prague Fair 2019, 2020, 2021, Carrousel Du Louvre 2021, FIABCN Barcelona 2021, RED DOT Miami 2021, in Vienna, Por-tugal, Italy, Spain, Slovakia and France. I am represented by galleries in Prague, Austria, Italy and Spain.
