Bio
“I was born in 1973 in Caracas/Venezuela. I went to a German school where I made the German school leaving examination. After that I moved to Munster/Germany to study chemistry which I finished in 1999. Then I focused on making a PhD in chemistry. I couldn’t finish it because of health reasons. At the same time after having seen a TV spot from Bob Ross I started in 2003 painting landscapes in oil. In 2015 I changed my style to abstract oil paintings in every size. In the same year I started to work at the evidence office of the police, which is my current job at the moment. One year later I had my first solo exhibition at the Burgerhaus Weserterrassen in Bremen. In 2022 I changed my technique to oil pastel. I made mainly portraits with creativity out of my imagination. One year later I had my second solo exhibition in Bremen. After that my focus changed to middle size oil pastel paintings dedicated mostly to the city of Bremen. These paintings I could exhibit in 2025 in a place called Kwadrat. After the exhibition I started mixing the oil pastels with water soluble color wax pastels, which is my favorite technique at the moment.”
