Fadi Balhawan was born in Beirut in 1966.
He grew up on the streets of Ras Beirut between RHS, IC and AUB.
He has a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. He studied the Italian language at the Italian cultural center in Hamra street.
In 1976, he was heavily injured by a bomb explosion in Hamra street, and had to stay at the hospital then at home for seven months, during which the only thing that kept him going was drawing and writing.
He is a father of four and is married to Marina Kelaghbian.
He has visited many countries including Japan, Germany, Italy, France, and the UAE.
He found his artistic calling during the COVID-19 lockdown.
