Kengo Hanano, born in 2000 in Yokohama city, is a passionate and ambitious architect-in-training with a profound appreciation for deconstruction architecture. From an early age, Kengo's dream of becoming an architect was nurtured during their time at Tsurumi High School in Kanagawa. Their unwavering determination led them to embark on an inspiring journey to Australia, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture at Curtin University.
The decision to study in Australia was driven by the country's unique blend of cultural di-versity and its burgeoning architectural progress, driven by advancements in technology. Recognizing the potential for growth and learning, Kengo saw Australia as an ideal environment to deepen their knowledge and understanding of architecture. The opportunity to immerse themselves in a foreign country's architectural landscape offered the chance to gather unique ideas and broaden their creative horizons.
As a final-year student, Kengo is eagerly preparing for the next phase of their architectural journey by planning to pursue a Master's degree in a European country. This decision is driven by a desire to delve deeper into the rich architectural heritage and diverse cul-tural perspectives that Europe offers. By immersing themselves in this new environment, Kengo aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of various architectural approaches while expanding their own creative repertoire.
