Description: The "Inner Reflection" painting invites one to become aware of their perceptual lens — to experience how that which is beyond ourselves (the outside) mirrors that which we visualize (from within). This painting asks: How does the interior realm (of a person or place) reflect upon the exterior world? In other words, how can we create "windows" that help us to truly see, understand, and better the world? One's true perceptual lens is not solely a filter by which to see, it is also a bridge by which to compassionately create. Thus, this painting celebrates one's ability to go deep within, so in turn, one can look outward into the world to actualize the expression of their "Inner Reflection".
